Stats is an application that allows you to monitor your macOS system, with features like CPU and GPU utilization, memory and disk usage, network activity, battery level, and more. You can install it manually or via Homebrew, with macOS Catalina or newer required. Surprisingly, it offers support for multiple languages and even displays multiple time zone clocks. Some controversial points include the fact that fan control is not actively maintained and that sensors on M1 Macs consume a lot of CPU and energy. To reduce Stats’ energy impact, you can disable certain modules. Additionally, issues may be closed without response if they are duplicates or already answered.
