CorsixTH is a modern reimplementation of the classic business sim Theme Hospital from 1997. It faithfully recreates the original game while adding support for modern operating systems, high resolutions, and more. Players will need the original game CD or a download from GOG.com or EA to use graphics and data from the original. Most features of the game are available, with new additions like custom levels, full HD support, and the ability to make your own maps. However, some elements are still missing, and the developers welcome help from the community to improve CorsixTH further. The project also offers translation in 19 languages and has an active online community on platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Matrix.
