This week, we received some sad news about the passing of long-time Industrial Designer at Atari, Mike Jang. Known for his invaluable input and artistic flair in designing iconic arcade cabinets during the Golden Age of videogaming, Mike’s work was extensive and influential. From overseeing production in Ireland to sketching out designs for games like Missile Command and Star Wars, his impact on the industry was profound. Although Mike is no longer with us, his design legacy lives on in the fantastic arcade hardware he created. A tribute to his superb work, Mike Jang will be deeply missed by his Atari colleagues and friends.
