I regret to inform you that Bram Moolenaar, the esteemed contributor to the VIM community, has tragically passed away on August 3, 2023. Bram had been battling a rapidly progressing medical condition in recent weeks. Throughout his life, Bram devoted immense time and effort to the development of VIM, and he took great pride in the community it had fostered. As his family, we are currently making arrangements for Bram’s funeral, which will be held in the Netherlands and conducted in Dutch. The specific details of the service are yet to be determined.
