Gokapi is a lightweight server for sharing files that expire after a set number of downloads or days, similar to Firefox Send. Only the admin can upload files, allowing for easy sharing and automatic removal to save disk space. Identical files are deduplicated, and customization is simple with HTML/CSS. The server can be deployed in seconds and offers encryption options, including end-to-end encryption. AWS S3 or Backblaze B2 can be used for storage. The project is open source under the AGPL3 license, and contributions are welcome. Financial support is also appreciated.
