Logic Lab

The Logic Lab is a user-friendly tool that allows you to experiment and learn about logic gates. Using patch cables, you can interconnect the 12 logic gates provided and create various logic circuits. The Lab is implemented using a microprocessor and costs less than £20 or $25. It was originally built for a friend’s son who wanted to learn about logic gates. The design uses AVR DA-series microcontrollers, which can be reconfigured in software, and the gates are simulated using truth tables stored in the program. The Lab includes various features, such as switches for inputs, colored LEDs for outputs, and the ability to create an oscillator. It also offers nine logic problems to solve using the Lab.
