The release number of the semantic version is determined by the POSIX time stamp of the latest commit. No release tarballs or binaries are available, and users are warned not to use obsolete versions from older tarballs or zip files. Pseudo-releases or tarballs created by third parties, including automatic tarballs made by GitHub and other mirrors, will not properly build anymore.
