Mullvad Leta uses the Google Search API to cache results, share them amongst users and improve privacy. Mullvad Leta’s services are user-supported, without ads or data selling. A browser extension simplifies access, and there is no need to log in each time once the account number is registered in settings. To prevent correlation attacks and manage expenses, cached searches are kept for 30 days with a limit of 100 direct searches each day. Non-cached searches are also performed with privacy in mind, keeping the search term and the rest of user data safe. Mullvad Leta was audited and approved by Assured.
