This historic agreement, the second of its kind in the U.S., highlights wage increases, worker involvement in scheduling, a safer and more democratic workplace, job protection, and guaranteed paid time off. Despite delays and an anti-union campaign by Apple, workers persisted and successfully formed a union. The agreement marks a significant victory for workers who stood strong to ensure fair pay, protections, and benefits from the world’s most profitable corporation.
