The World’s Smallest Nintendo Wii features a custom stacked PCB design, powered by USB-C and HDMI for ultimate connectivity. Despite its miniature size, this 1:2.38 scale model contains all the necessary components for gaming, including Bluetooth for Wii remotes, MicroSD card storage, and GameCube controller ports. The compact design requires a challenging motherboard trim and fine pitch soldering skills. The custom 3D printed case cleverly conceals the GameCube controller ports behind a sliding panel and replicates the iconic disc slot lights using a custom acrylic light diffuser. The project, made possible by the BitBuilt community, sets a high standard for miniature console builds.
