The Hobbes OS/2 Archive logs off permanently in April

Unfortunately for OS/2 fans, the Hobbes OS/2 software archive will be shutting down in April. The website, run by the Department of Information & Communication Technologies at New Mexico State University, has announced its imminent closure. The archive, which has been around for decades, is a valuable resource for users looking for software for IBM’s operating system. The closure is disappointing for the OS/2 community, but efforts are being made to preserve the archive and continue the service elsewhere. The decision to shut down the site is likely due to budget constraints. Users have plenty of time to download the files before the decommission date.
