“Team 0%” is on the verge of achieving the seemingly impossible task of clearing every Super Mario Maker level on the original Wii U before the gameplay servers are shut down by Nintendo on April 8th. This dedicated group of players has been meticulously working their way through the “uncleared” levels, starting with the ~13,000 uncleared levels from 2015. The initiative began in 2017 after player The0dark0one compiled a list of uncleared levels from Nintendo server data, inspiring Jeffie to take on the challenge. Despite initial doubts, the team has made significant progress towards their goal, attracting new recruits and gaining attention from popular streamers along the way. The clock is ticking for Team 0% to accomplish what many thought was an “incredibly stupid idea.”
