Turkish citizens’ personal data offered online after government site hacked

A website called sorgupaneli.org is offering to provide stolen personal data of Turkish citizens, including that of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, which hackers allegedly took from a government services website. The available information is being offered for free in exchange for a membership signup, including phone numbers, ID numbers, and data about family members. Meanwhile, sensitive details such as education, full addresses, and real estate deeds are only available through a paid premium membership. Although the Turkish authorities have yet to provide any official statement on the matter, experts consider this breach as the most significant yet in Turkey, resulting in a major digital security issue.
